At the head of this restaurant since 2007, a young Michelin starred chef, Enrique Medina, who trained in the Relais & Châteaux network, but also at Bulli de Ferran Adria, near Seville. De passage à Valence, on s'est arrêté pour manger chez Apicius. Nous avons aimé leur cuisine. Tellement savoureuse.
