Managed by Toshi Kai, this tiny restaurant of barely 50 m² opened in 2018 is not a Japanese restaurant, even if it has kept the principle of a kitchen prepared under the eyes of the 10 customers installed at the barra. The main idea: 2 daily menus, lunch and dinner of 7 courses which allow it to guarantee a daily supply from the central mercado. The proposals therefore vary each day, but one will find for example the fish of the day presented in tempura.

Un superbe restaurant, intimiste de part son concept, une très belle expérience. C'est un plaisir de voir, de ses propres yeux, le chef oeuvrer devant vous et d'apercevoir avec quel soin les plats sont préparés. Le chef est quelqu'un de très solaire, toujours souriant, avec un mot pour chacun de ses convives. Un beau coup de coeur !

Excellent restaurant, installation à la japonaise autour de la cuisine, intimiste à 10 couverts. Plats avec des prodtuis locaux et de saison, très équilibrés et inventifs, vins intelligemment sélectionnés.
Le service est excellent en espagnol et aussi en français.
Superbe découverte.
