You come here to one of the oldest rice specialists, since the restaurant has been open since 1978. In a large space covered with azulejos and ceramics, it is the third generation that is in the kitchen. And the rice is still king! Specialties: arroz al horno, the negro arroz, and valenciana paella, with chicken and rabbit. For the latter, it is recommended to order first. But you can also enjoy the bomba arroz, the must in Valencia, or the Albufera, in peace as this house was awarded for its paella by the Grand prix of the Local Gastronomy (Poble Sueca) in 2007.

Très bonne table pour déjeuner à Valence dans un cadre qui respire l’Espagne authentique et éternelle.

Nous avons été déjeuner avec ma mère et nous avons été plus que déçues. Les prix affichés sur la carte ne sont pas les bons (prix à la portion, hors toutes les paellas sont pour minimum 2 personnes et ça ce n’est marqué nulle part !). Pour ma part l’entrecôte était moyenne (un bout de gras recouvert de sauce au poivre) et des frites surgelées. Pour 80€ nous nous attendions à mieux. De plus si vous avez un bon de réduction La Fourchette, n’hésitez pas à leur rappeler, ils ont « oublié » de déduire 10€ de notre addition.

Ambiance traditionnelle, très valencienne. Paella et autres riz très bons. Serveurs aux petits soins. Très bon rapport qualité-prix
