Interpretation center with the objective of studying, preserving and spreading the rock art of the Prades Mountains in Montblanc

Opened in 2005, the Centro de Interpretación del Arte Rupestre Montañas de Prades (or CIAR, for Interpretation Center of the Rock Art of the Mountains of Prades) has the objective of studying, preserving and disseminating the rock art of the Mountains of Prades, classified as World Heritage by UNESCO. Explanatory panels, dioramas, replicas of rock paintings and prehistoric shelters make up this small, well-made and highly instructive museum.
