Built for the 1992 Barcelona Olympic Games to host the canoeing and kayaking events, this artificial canal occupies an area of 15 hectares, with numerous green areas and sports facilities. Activities include canoeing, kayaking, windsurfing, sailing and water skiing. For some time now, it has also been possible to try out the water ski lift, a variant of water skiing where traction is provided by a system of cables. Very fun!

Located in the maritime club of Castelldefels, this school offers introductory windsurfing courses and paddle surfing outings, and even Pilates classes on the beach, to combine all the benefits of sport and the outdoors. The instructors are attentive and pedagogical, whatever your basic level, you will only be able to progress, as the conditions are ideal for learning these different techniques. After a few hours of lessons, you will be able to take your turn on the blue waters of the Mediterranean.
