This is one of the best addresses in Roses. At the helm is a young couple who have been working together for years. Jordi Dalmau is in the kitchen, having worked in a number of prestigious establishments, including Carme Ruscalleda's restaurant in Sant Pol de Mar. Carina Juarez accompanies him in the dining room, having trained at the famous Celler de Can Roca. In an uncluttered but welcoming space, you can enjoy a culinary experience that respects the product, with a menu that changes with the seasons and market discoveries.
