Situated just below Piazza del Duomo, with a terrace overlooking the garden of Piazza della Signoria, its location and views of the city are really very pleasant. As well as its beautiful 17th century interior made of stone. Luca and Valentina reopened the historic Locanda della Signoria in 2017. Its cuisine is rustic and refined at the same time: fresh pasta, meat, wood-fired mushrooms, all served with the best wines of the region. Also makes caffè, and the terrace is very attractive for an aperitif. Good service.

Lo consiglio caldamente sia per la bontà del cibo ma anche per la suggestiva vista fronte vallata e per la cortesia del personale. Servizio anche abbastanza veloce.

Mangiato sulla veranda con vista su Spoleto, l' interno il locale è piccolo ma molto carino sul rustico, i piatti sono stati molto graditi, soprattutto erano molto buoni gli strangozzi, piatto tipico di Spoleto, prezzi nella norma.

L'optimum per Spoleto...il 4 per l'ambiente troppo vicino al Duomo, ma io non faccio testo in quanto ateo. Assolutamente da provare, rasenta la perfezione!
