A small restaurant in Sant'Ambrogio that rightly calls itself a bistro. The young team who run it enthusiastically propose their culinary philosophy based on the origin and quality of the raw materials, exclusively local. A cuisine that is by no means a prisoner of tradition, but which knows how to personalize its recipes for dishes with character and authentic aromas. A few well-cared-for tables in a cosy setting, just like its owners!

Restaurant très agréable, confortable, mobilier choisi avec soin, cuisine spéciale faite maison, menu spécial, personnel très professionnel, je le recommande à tout le monde, je reviendrai bientôt.

Par une journée de chaleur torride à Florence, je rentrais à l'hôtel après une longue journée de tourisme. CRU surgit sur le chemin du retour. Je cherchais un nouvel endroit pour manger avec créativité. Je l'ai trouvé. J'étais prêt à boire quelques litres de bière fraîche, mais je préfère de loin le vin rouge. Gabriel, le propriétaire et chef cuisinier, m'a proposé de goûter au Chardonnay français. C'était parfait. Il a été suivi d'un incroyable ragù de pâtes fait maison. Le service était de première classe et Gabriel s'est occupé de tous les détails avec brio. Les prix sont excellents, c'est un petit endroit intime avec une terrasse dans le jardin. Ne manquez pas cet endroit lorsque vous êtes à Florence.

excellente cuisine et service sympathique. les portions sont un peu petites, il faut prendre au moins deux plats par personne.
