The largest square in Venice, the tourist and historical center of the city.

It is the largest place in Venice, it represents the city's tourist and historical centre. However, the influx of tourists has made it increasingly abandoned by the Venetians. His pigeons, his perched lion (which, by the way, offer a convenient place to meet),… is, however, unavoidable, before getting lost in quieter neighbourhoods.

La place Saint Marc
Place centrale autour de laquelle s'expose la Tour de l'horloge, le Campanile, la Basilique, l'Aile Napoléon.
Pour le feu d'artifice du nouvel an, la foule convergeait vers ce lieu.

Place mythique à Venise. Superbe place et la Basilique est magnifique. Par contre très cher, s'assoie c'est déjà près de 10€ sans encore avoir consommé (taxe à Venise !).

La mythique place Saint-Marc ! Beaucoup de touristes, comme toute l année, mais cela vaut la visite. Moins de pigeons qu il y a quelques annees. Ce n etait pas la saison des flaneries en terrasse, mais cela doit etre bien agreable !
