CAFFÈ FLORIAN
Goldoni and Casanova had their ways there. Sitting here and sipping a hot chocolate is a real journey back in time.
Founded in 1720, the Florian is an institution in Venice, often frequented by artists and film personalities. The place, it must be said, is quite unique. The room is period, covered with panelling and paintings dating back 300 years. The other interest of Caffé Florian is of course its huge terrace. An orchestra slightly overhangs it, offering to the customers suspended moments of music. At the same time, the waiters master to the millimeter their waltz of trays filled with sabayons, cappuccinos, hot chocolates and glasses of wine.

Intérieur magnifique. Ambiance incomparable.
Oui cela semble cher.
