Hemingway had his habits there; at the counter one orders a , a delicate cocktail made of prosecco and peach juice.
A haunt of the Venetian and especially the American rich, it is known for having been the favorite Venetian bar-restaurant of Hemingway and Charlie Chaplin, as well as for having been the location of some James Bond scenes. It drinks the best bellini in town. Of course, it was the owner at the time, Arrigo Cipriani, who invented this subtle mixture of white peach juice and dry white wine, the prosecco: the trick was done, a myth was born. It is impossible to smell the selective atmosphere of this place without having passed through its saloon doors. So take the plunge!

Bellini is delicious and excellent cuisine but the accumulation (many old American), the sound level really tiring and polite indifference of boys do not make a must!!!
The best at Venice and around
