Fancy a few treats before boarding your train? Here's a pastry bar a few steps from the Santa Lucia station that will get you out of trouble. This historic shop (since 1853!) continues to offer the same recipes of tasty cream cakes, almond pies with Venetian focaccia, etc. We also like to stop by the counter to enjoy a good espresso or cappuccino, but also to bite into a pizzetta, a mini-quiche or a ham croissant. Nice boxes of dry cookies too.

Très bonne patisserie près de la gare. J'y vais toujour quand j'arrive a Venise pour prendre mon premier café et une petite pasta, tiramisù ou tarte fraise et chantilly.
