Opening in summer 2019, the Palazzo Experimental is the result of a perfect alchemy between a Renaissance palace, the good taste of a French interior designer and the signature of the Experimental Group hotel chain. 32 rooms and suites with hi-tech comfort and state-of-the-art design. There is also a restaurant overlooking the Giudecca, as well as a cocktail bar with a breathtaking setting (between a terrace on the quays and a patio) and a menu of extravagant drinks. This 4-star luxury boutique hotel is located in the Dorsoduro district of Venice. Here, you can easily access the city's various tourist attractions, such as the Galleria dell'Accademia and the Peggy Guggenheim Collection, while enjoying the tranquility of this neighborhood. This traditional Venetian palace offers 32 comfortable, bright and elegantly decorated rooms and suites. Each is equipped with en suite bathroom and Wi-Fi connection for working or staying connected with loved ones. Some rooms offer views of the Giudecca Canal, while others overlook the garden. The hotel's restaurant invites you to enjoy an authentic gastronomic experience. Chef Denis Begiqi offers refined cuisine using local and seasonal ingredients. The bar, Experimental Cocktail Club, also offers a pleasant setting for refined cocktails and good times. The first pictures are of the hotel bar which I thought was beautifully decorated giving strong 60s, retro vibes. Cocktails priced around 10-13 euro.
The last pictures are of the small cocktail bar that you can access through a door opposite the hotel reception. They have an extensive and interesting list of cocktails, that taste really good (priced around 13-15 Euro).
Apparently you can also enter the bar from the main side of the hotel entrance (see last pic).
I definitely recommend a visit.
