Opening in summer 2019, the Palazzo Experimental is the result of a perfect alchemy between a Renaissance palace, the good taste of a French interior designer and the signature of the Experimental Group hotel chain. 32 rooms and suites with hi-tech comfort and state-of-the-art design. This 4-star luxury boutique hotel is located in the Dorsoduro district of Venice. Here, you can easily access the city's various tourist attractions, such as the Galleria dell'Accademia and the Peggy Guggenheim Collection, while enjoying the tranquility of this neighborhood. This traditional Venetian palace offers 32 comfortable, bright and elegantly decorated rooms and suites. Each is equipped with en suite bathroom and Wi-Fi connection for working or staying connected with loved ones. Some rooms offer views of the Giudecca Canal, while others overlook the garden. The hotel's restaurant invites you to enjoy an authentic gastronomic experience. Chef Denis Begiqi offers refined cuisine using local and seasonal ingredients. The bar, Experimental Cocktail Club, also offers a pleasant setting for refined cocktails and good times. Nous avons commandé un café cappuccino et 2 parts de gâteau. Nous avons attendu 30 minutes pour les cafés. Encore 15 minutes, après rappel, pour le gâteau et le minicroissant. Entre temps les boissons sont devenues froides et il manquait une part de gâteau. Nous sommes repartis mécontents. Baisse de régime
Il manque pas mal de choses, une touche plus humaine et accueillante serait la bienvenue ( bouquet de fleurs à la réception, prise en compte des retours clients). A noter, le petit dej de qualité et l'excellent emplacement à 15 mn des hauts lieux touristiques tout en étant au calme en bordure du canal de la Giudecca. Si vous cherchez un hôtel branché avec ambiance au bar, c'est le bon endroit, pour un hôtel avec une âme, du service et chaleureux, c'est moins le cas.
