Kept by gay people, we can really talk about a guesthouse tower. Terrace and garden. The calm of the place lies in its location, on the green island of Sant'Erasmo. Far from the crowd, and much cheaper too… All rooms are equipped with private bathroom. Possibility to rent bicycles and kayaks. An alternative side that has what to do like!

For the locals it is a good choice to stay! But not as a tourist with baggage because it is far from Venice!

Igazi családias hangulatú kis hely, a tulajdonos nagyon kedves, barátságos, minden igényt próbálnak kielégíteni, a szobák tiszták, rendezettek, a vacsora bőséges, a reggeli kontinentális, az egyetlen, ami hiányzott talán az a zöldség. A kávé frissen főzött, és nagyon finom. A vaporettoval nagyon egyszerűen lehet a szigetre jutni, a kapcsolattartó felajánlotta, hogy a kikötőhöz kijönnek kocsival, de a 800 m séta sem megterhelő. A szobában a ventilátor állítható fokozatú, megfelelő körülményeket biztosít alváshoz melegben is. Az ágy kényelmes.
