At Francesco's, the cichetti are different from one day to the next as the imagination of the owner seems infinite. With castraure (local artichokes), moscardini (small octopus), smoked salmon, melon ham and more, the choice is endless depending on the season and the market arrivals. The goat cheese crostini (small sandwiches) are simply delicious and the prosecco never alters your desire to keep tasting everything. Most certainly one of the best cichetti addresses in the city.

Visited after seeing reviews online and did not disappoint. Very warm so only wanted a few light bites, tried 3 including the salted cod which was a must try and amazing. Grabbed a local bird as well. Staff super friendly, lots of locals there which is always a good sign.

L’arçon c’est Venise, c’est l’influence de la terre et de la mer dans l’assiette.
C’est des vignerons de la région. Mais surtout malgré le monde c’est la qualité de l’accueil et la bonne humeur communicative de l’équipe.

Tiny little place that I went to due to Stanley Tucci’s show. It’s worth it. Lovely, cheap, and quick. Perfect for a light midday meal. I wasn’t the biggest fan of the cuttle fish, it was rubbery, but the mortadella, and salami crostinis were perfect. Paired with their orange wine. There is VERY little seating: 4 tables outside, and small stand up bars inside
