Very frequented by the Venetians, the Giorgione is renowned for its fish kitchen concocted by the chef Ivana. On the menu, traditional recipes for the kitchen of the fishermen and islands of the lagoon. The boss, Lucio Bisutto, is known as the folk interpreter of the lagoon. So almost every evening you can enjoy a spontaneous concert of traditional fishermen's songs.
