Franco Barbato's little shop is full of best pizza diplomas. This time, unlike all competitors, the pizza share is not triangular but square, with genovese paste (very thick, soft and crispy, underneath) and beautifully gardened with imagination and originality. To complete the table: It costs three times nothing. The passage in this ankle of the pizza is unavoidable!

Due pizze da asporto. Servizio cordiale ma il rapporto qualità-prezzo è purtroppo nella media veneziana: scarso. Una delle due pizze (patate al forno) era poco condita e salsa o impasto non abbastanza saporiti per compensare le mancanze nel condimento.
Ringrazio comunque la signora per la pazienza e riproveremo più avanti.
