米其林一星的菜色果然視覺、味覺沒有令人失望，從前菜的炸蝦、鮪魚塔塔、烤章魚腳到鮮蝦燉飯，最後巧克力蛋糕佐百香果冰淇淋像協奏曲般的畫下完美的句點。
Un exemple le Risotto aux crevettes.... L'image parle d'elle-même à 160€ le menu...
All the dishes we tried was innovative, perfectly balanced and with great depth of flavour. Hand chopped beef for appetizer was one of the best I have tried, seasoned and balanced perfectly to complement the rich texture of the beef.
Bit of a downside is why you have to pay 16 euros per persob cover charge to dine and it's on the higher priced side, but worth it for a special meal.
