位於飯店的頂樓，可以眺望對面的San Giorgio Maggiore島，也可以看到聖馬可廣場，非常棒的地理位置。
米其林一星的菜色果然視覺、味覺沒有令人失望，從前菜的炸蝦、鮪魚塔塔、烤章魚腳到鮮蝦燉飯，最後巧克力蛋糕佐百香果冰淇淋像協奏曲般的畫下完美的句點。

Located inside what I think is one of the grandest hotel setting in Venice, big pillars, grand Venetian setting, beautiful ambience. Restaurant again reflects the same setting, grand and beautiful setting. Service by tua staff is exemplary, explains all the menu in detail and great professional service which you would expect in a restaurant of this standard.

All the dishes we tried was innovative, perfectly balanced and with great depth of flavour. Hand chopped beef for appetizer was one of the best I have tried, seasoned and balanced perfectly to complement the rich texture of the beef.

Bit of a downside is why you have to pay 16 euros per persob cover charge to dine and it's on the higher priced side, but worth it for a special meal.
