An impressive collection of authentic objects and documents dedicated to the 11,000 soldiers of the British 6th Airborne Division, dropped to secure the eastern flank of the Allied landing zone. Testimonials in the visitors’ book add to the collective memory, like this moving one: "I didn’t know my father was a hero. I found out today". In the park, the real Pegasus Bridge and the replica Horsa glider arouse other emotions.
