The chef offers regional dishes that reflect the quality principles of the Slow Food label. The cuisine is based on the market and the seasons, using the freshest produce, but with small portions. The eight rooms at the Villa Myosotis inn, each named after Snow White and each of the Seven Dwarfs, are cosy and comfortable.
