In the historic center, this inn-restaurant, housed in a pretty little 1930s villa, is one of the region's most renowned addresses. The chef offers regional dishes that reflect the quality principles of the Slow Food label. The cuisine is based on the market and the seasons, using the freshest produce, but with small portions. The eight rooms at the Villa Myosotis inn, each named after Snow White and each of the Seven Dwarfs, are cosy and comfortable.

Conosco questo albergo da anni e purtroppo posso notare quanto piano piano stia peggiorando. Le colazioni un tempo erano bellissime, piene di varietà e tutte cose fresche. Il caffè veniva servito dall' albergo, ora devi fartelo da solo e prendere la macchina monta latte già usata e quindi sporca... I muffin erano così duri che potevi usarli come sassi lo stesso per un'altra torta. Le camere possono essere carine stile vintage di montagna ma sono sicuramente piene di polvere perché la sera stessa ho iniziato a starnutire come una disperata. Il bagno è davvero vecchio. Nella saletta TV c'era anche la possibilità di prenderti un caffè o tè, ora la.macchinetta del caffè è rotta e comunque manca anche tutto il resto. Ed il ristorante sarà superlativo (ricordo che una tempo ci avevo anche mangiato e non posso dire niente sulla qualità dei piatti) ma sono tutti piatti che una normale famiglia non si può permettere ... Però poi guardando lo stato dell' hotel uno non capisce come sia possibile, dovrebbe esserci un po' di uguaglianza...
Peccato davvero... Perché questo hotel l' ho conosciuto per la prima volta con mia madre ed all' epoca era stupendo... Ora non si può più dire lo stesso!

Eccellente rapporto posizione-qualita'-prezzo. Camere spaziose, bagni adeguati. Colazione abbondante dolce salato. Torte prodotte da loro, che hanno anche una rosticceria Biovey Dispensa.
