This bakery in the centre of Turin offers 100% natural bread, free of brewer's yeast, palm oil, preservatives, sugar and many other ingredients often used in bread making. Panacea is in fact part of the Filiera della Farina di Stupinigi, a social cooperative that produces flour in a natural way not far from Turin, and then makes bread with natural leaven (here called pasta madre). The employees will be happy to explain this process to you.
