Here is one which has an exceptional frame, under the Galleria Subalpina, in the corner with Piazza Castello. The original cuisine offers Piedmontese dishes as well as Japanese sushi. Excellent wine list with over 250 labels.

Cibo eccellente. È la mia tappa fissa quando sono in zona. Per il momento non ho trovato difetti. Anzi si uno : il Maitre è juventino!!!!! ???????????????????? ma simpaticissimo.
Non è sicuramente un posto economico, ma se cercate un ristorante di classe, paragonabile ad uno stellato ma senza i menù "degustazione" è il posto giusto.
