Nicolas Fages, former Michelin-starred chef at the Château de Sully, has opened the Biscuiterie Portaise, a tearoom that smells of Norman flavors. Located in the narrow streets of Port-en-Bessin, each cookie tells its own story. Prepared with Norman flour, local eggs and Isigny butter, these delicacies change every week.
