Built in 1957 and inaugurated in 1961, this business centre is very vintage with its white facades. Its Swiss architects Addor and Julliard, famous for their numerous projects in Geneva (such as the Cité de Meyrin), also designed the Central Bank building in Hamra. Its rather austere architecture does not prevent it from having an excellent occupancy rate and one of the highest rents in the capital, a success that is mainly due to its location in the heart of Beirut. It houses many offices as well as the Music Hall.
