Housed in a building dating from 1793, this restaurant has a charm of yesteryear. The cuisine is based on local products and specialities such as the beef steak of Châtelard mijoté, the papet vaudois and its cabbage sausage and dares originality with the quail stuffed with fruits from the Hérault. The welcome is friendly and the service professional. Very good wines as well. On request and from 15 people, it is possible to privatize on Saturday evening or to open on Sunday.
