Gilles Wannaz, from the biodynamic estate of the same name, is a winemaker and oenologist, a poet and culinary director, as well as a creator of products made from the vines. A man of the soil and the land, he invites you to share an extraordinary moment. At its foot is a café-restaurant serving Vaudois cheese specialities and panoramic views.
