Although the restaurant is very famous, the establishment also includes a typical café and a wonderful shaded terrace. The menu, complete and very tempting, announces as well breaded tomme on salad, filet of perch meunière or fresh pasta, as beef flank steak with shallots, all complemented by burgers or vegetarian dishes. In addition to this, we also offer plates of the day that change according to the chef's inspiration. During the Cully Jazz Festival, this is the place to go! Even without the festival, by the way!

Under the inlaid ceiling of a late 14th early 15th century room decorated with still lifes, you can enjoy gastronomic cuisine, good spit-roasted meats such as the "Boucherie Nardi" rib of beef, creamy tarragon butter, or the whole roasted Swiss cockerel on the spit, with Meaux mustard sauce. A small, wood-panelled Vaudois village bistro with a friendly atmosphere and a warm welcome. The cuisine is excellent, with products from local suppliers that vary according to the season and the chef's inspiration. The presentation is superb with its play of colors, a small work of art. The cooking is excellent, and the sauces reveal enchanting, delicious flavors. Authentic gastronomy, so popular for its excellent dishes that reservations are recommended!
