L’Ambroisie is a hotel-restaurant with a cosy, musical atmosphere, focusing on the 1970s - a great passion of Benjamin, the owner! Enjoy bistronomic cuisine and burgers, using fresh, local produce. Rump steak tataki with chimichurri, fish with matcha tea, Norman burger or Baba with Calvados... The menu is original and varied. La chambre était propre, confortable et spacieuse. La jeune famille qui gère l'hôtel et le restaurant est charmante et le repas que j'ai pris au dîner était le meilleur que j'ai eu en France. Une cuisine savoureuse, classique, mais aussi innovante, préparée et servie avec soin. Je faisais un pèlerinage à pied, de Rouen au Mont Saint-Michel, et le séjour à L'Ambroisie a été sans aucun doute l'un des points forts du voyage. Tout au long de mon séjour, je me suis dit qu'il fallait que j'emmène ma femme la prochaine fois, elle adorerait.

Dîner à deux. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Serveuse souriante et dynamique. Plats généreux et très bons.
