Located south of Parma between the rivers of Taro and Enza, the two main cities are Colecchio and Langhirano. In fact, there is not a road strictly speaking, but it is more an area where you can go to the Parma ham and wine, while associating tasting and culture with the many castles that border it and in particular that of Torrechiara. Visits to local producers are made on reservation by contacting directly the producer or tour tour with local agencies. Road to discover the excellent produce local of Parma, the itinerary consists of restaurants, shops and workshops production, the road is well marked by specific panels and a menu with the description of the different points of interest is available at the Tourist Office.
