In the cellars of an 18th century building, at the foot of the stairs leading to the clock tower, La Sangiovesa is a local institution completely devoted to Romagna's gastronomy. Traditional dishes abundant and generous in taste and flavour. The menu evolves with the seasons and the beautiful products that the terroir offers, because here we want to promote the quality of raw materials and privilege the short supply chain: it is an agricultural estate 15 km away that provides meat, charcuterie and wine, and the cheeses come from local producers.

Second dîner à quelques années d'écart. Le prix n'est pas donné presque 300€ pour 4 mais les lasagnes vertes sont excellentes et nous nous régalons toujours autant avec la viande Fiorentina.

Abbiamo fatto solo l'aperitivo ma, visto l'impegno dei ragazzi a preparare le pietanze, torneremo sicuramente per assaggiare le loro specialità!!!

Bel posto, cibo buono, buona selezione di vini e materie prime, un po' caro ... Merita comunque una cena... Noi eravamo in comitiva , cucina tradizionale romagnola, curata. Lo consiglio se si è in zona Sant'Arcangelo, ma nel weekend soprattutto occorre prenotare qualche giorno prima ...
