Sghisa, in the Romance dialect, means "big hunger". And this osteria is certainly a perfect place to indulge a hearty appetite! Located behind the cathedral, it has two vaulted rooms in the basement, bathed in subdued light. Although it claims to be Romagna, the kitchen does not hesitate to go beyond the carcass to offer inventive and nicely prepared dishes: fried cappelletti, ravioli stuffed with duck, fish accompanied by a scoop of fennel ice cream are on the menu. We also come here for a late night drink.

J'ai eu l'occasion de manger dans ce charmant resto à Faenza. Ambiance bien cosy. J'ai adoré.
