Parlor is a restaurant with a cosy, intimate lounge atmosphere, complete with upholstered sofa. The owners, Giacomo and Andrea, play the card of creativity and a "home from home" atmosphere. For the main course, the tuna tataki with burrata cream, sautéed peppers with lime and puttanesca crumble is as good as it is beautiful. Creamy vanilla risotto with marinated langoustines, grapefruit and hazelnut arugula pesto. Parlor is also a signature cocktail bar ataperitivo time, and boasts a fine selection of wines from the Botte region.

C’è una ampia varietà, verrebbe voglia di provare tutto - e forse un po’ meno piatti fra cui scegliere scontenterebbero i più ma darebbe un’impronta chiara al ristorante.
I piatti sono preparati bene e curati, anche se alcune volte sono eccessivamente preparati, e la vista risulta inondata di informazioni.
Al gusto si percepisce una ricerca delle materie prime e il piatto è riuscito. Forse riuscirebbe ottimamente anche unendo meno ingredienti.
2 piccoli appunti: stracciatella amara e petto d’oca che poteva essere cotto un po’ di più.

Che dire... È stato un bellissimo ritorno, cena superlativa, location giusta, servizio di qualità, tutto eccellente insomma!
Io ho preso il taglierino di formaggi, consigliatissimo, e i plin ma ho assaggiato anche altri piatti e devo dire tutto di gran qualità, torneremo senz'altro!
