Parlor is a restaurant with a cosy, intimate lounge atmosphere, complete with upholstered sofa. The owners, Giacomo and Andrea, play the card of creativity and a "home from home" atmosphere. For the main course, the tuna tataki with burrata cream, sautéed peppers with lime and puttanesca crumble is as good as it is beautiful. Creamy vanilla risotto with marinated langoustines, grapefruit and hazelnut arugula pesto. Parlor is also a signature cocktail bar ataperitivo time, and boasts a fine selection of wines from the Botte region.

Klimatyczna restauracja znana ze swojej kuchni. Konieczna rezerwacja stolika. Wnętrze niebagatelne, czyste jasne i przestronne. Karta krótka, Dania dopracowane. Imponująca kartą win, trudna do przejścia. Na przystawki zamówiliśmy tortellini w rosole oraz ośmiorniczkę. Tortellini dobre rosół wołowy esencjonalny, ośmiornica poprawna, oryginalnie podana ale spodziewałem się czegoś więcej. Na drugie danie zamówiliśmy ryby turbota i miecznika oraz pieczone ziemniaki. I to właśnie haniebnie przesolony turbot ostatecznie urwał jedną gwiazdkę. Deser w postaci gruszkowego sorbetu był pyszny. Wino zaproponowane przez kelnera za 22 euro butelka było poprawne. Wieczór spędziliśmy miły ale spodziewaliśmy czegoś więcej kulinarnie. W chwili obecnej oceniamy na przerost formy na treścią.

Meine Freundinnen und ich wollten einen schönen Abend, mit guten Essen und exklusiven Services.
Und genau das haben wir bekommen.
Essen war Top, die Qualität war super. Sehr freundlich alle.
Gerichte optisch alle ein Hingucker.
Wir hatten eine Weinbegleitung, die Auswahl passte perfekt.
Der Nachtisch "Tiramisu" war zu 100% das Beste aus ganz Bologna.
Wer einen richtig schönen Abend haben möchte, sollte in dieser Strasse nur dahin gehen.

Una scoperta intrigante questo delizioso locale, nascosto sotto i portici di via Cartoleria. Un locale che sembra una casa, accogliente e vissuta, dove ci si sente invitati a cena o a pranzo. Propone cucina bolognese con variazioni sul tema oppure alcune interessanti ricette di pesce, come i calamaretti alla plancia serviti su un piatto che sembra la tavolozza di un pittore o il gustoso trancio di storione. Anche i grandi classici della cucina bolognese sono degni di nota. Così ci si può concedere un delizioso tortellino in brodo o dei garbati passatelli romagnoli asciutti ma volendo anch'essi in brodo. I dolci nascondono dei tesori come la tartelletta ripiena di tartare di pesca e mango con meringa al lime. Eccellente. Prezzi nella media. Servizio pronto e cortese. Una bella cartolina dai portici del centro storico.

Amazing food, perfect portions (I managed to try starter, main dish and desert and I didn't feel overeaten but purely satisfied) as well as cute interior. We can highly recommend duck breast, tagliatelle al ragu and tiramisu, everything was just wonderful!!
Super friendly and caretaking staff. For sure once visiting Bologna again we will be back to Parlor???? thank you very much for beautiful evening!
