Right in the middle of Sarzana, this is a friendly, relaxed address where focaccia and pizza are king, as is farinata. For those who don't know, farinata is a local specialty, a sort of salted cake made from chickpea flour, water, salt and extra virgin olive oil. Go and try it, you'll tell us all about it!
