Forget your waistline when you enter Balzola, where the pastry chefs (three generations!) have been delighting palates since 1902. Try in particular the baci di Alassio, a creamy, chocolatey cookie. The tea room resembles a bonbonnière, all in white, pink and gold: a real movie set where you can let yourself be seduced by gourmandise. Children love the colorful sugar lozenges, while adults can choose between macaroons, marzipan and gourmet chocolates.
