Tables are set up on both sides of the building: facing the sea a few meters from the beach, but also on the piazzetta next to the Grand Hotel and the Thalassio spa center in the pedestrian zone. You can order from the à la carte menu: fish tartare, pasta with all kinds of sauces, fritto misto, local cuisine, as well as pizzas... Friendly staff. The place also has some pleasant surprises in store throughout the year, such as cabaret and one-man-show evenings, the schedule of which is announced as they happen on the Instagram page.

At the entrance to the caruggio, with a pretty veranda overlooking the sea, this quality restaurant offers a good choice of fish dishes as well as regional specialties: capon maigre, fresh pasta with pistou, clam pasta, fish from local fishermen and, in season, the famous Albenga artichokes. Excellent Italian wine list, as well as a good selection of French wines, the owner's favorite. Evenings are organized all year round, accompanied by the finest champagnes from Louis Roederer, Laurent-Perrier and Ruinart.

Seafood is prepared with originality and know-how by the chef, who prepares a quality cuisine, carefully prepared and home-made. For example, fresh fish tartars, San Remo prawns with bacon and fried leeks, tagliolini with squid ink, cacio e pepe (cheese and pepper with swordfish tartar marinated in lime) and pane fritto.

The gourmet restaurant at the Hotel Villa della Pergola offers refined regional cuisine in which young chef Giovanni Servetto is able to add contemporary touches. Sometimes you can get tired of waiting times and portions that are sometimes only "suggested" on the plate, but the result is artistic. Test for gourmets who would try a variant with pasta al pesto and aux plateaus.

An authentic, fresh address high up in the hills of Alassio to escape the summer crowds that invade the coast. This small, 4-hectare farm offers the produce of its land: olive oil, vegetables, preserves and honey are all really tasty here. The tasting menu, which changes with the seasons, allows you to sample traditional Ligurian dishes such as rabbit with olives, stuffed onions and the inevitable pesto. A number of single rooms are available for those wishing to relax, surrounded by the maquis.
