Don’t be surprised if you come across people with chocolate moustaches or whipped cream on the tip of their noses! They are definitely coming from the Rue de la Mer! Even if it has changed name and owners (now Jérémy and Kelly), this gourmet meeting place, founded in 1910, remains very popular. The recipe for melting pancakes and crispy waffles remains the same as at Simard’s. The trend is also towards bubble tea and homemade milkshakes. The season promises to be beautiful and tasty. Smart tip: collectable tickets for a free pancake or waffle.
