He offers traditional French cuisine, homemade and generous. There's no set menu here, and you can choose from the à la carte menu or one of the suggestions renewed every week. The short but varied menu changes with the seasons, and the wines are selected from the local wine shop. The menu includes duck breast, sea bream fillet and tartar. Convivial, simple, efficient and, frankly, good.

Welcome to the Au Cheval Blanc restaurant, located on the seafront, in a magnificent pedestrian street in Ouistreham! Treat yourself to a gourmet moment in a unique, warm and intimate setting, with a focus on short circuits. Here, Andrei Negara and his team will treat you to traditional French cuisine, balanced and healthy, carefully prepared with fresh, seasonal and local ingredients. The à la carte menu features a wide selection of dishes, from seafood to grilled meats, as well as regional specialties. Try foie gras with gingerbread, for example, or camembert toast with onion and fig fondue. Or try salmon pavé with basmati rice, or Charolais tartare with salad and home fries. For dessert, you can enjoy tiramisu, cheesecake or profiteroles, a real treat for your taste buds! Every weekend, you can enjoy traditional Moldavian specialties such as Placinte Moldanesti and Sarmali, two pork-based dishes, as well as Friptura. For a great food and wine pairing, you'll find options for rosés, reds and whites.
