Renowned chef Lance Seeto has opened two restaurants in Nadi and Suva; we tested the latter, not the one in Nadi, but the concept and menus are very similar in both cities. Particular attention is paid to the quality of the food, with local organic produce and fresh seafood, not frozen as is often the case.
