FORMER CAPUCHIN MONASTERY
Former Capuchin convent with an old chapel where various cultural events take place
Long conventual building (former convent of the Capuchins) built in the 17th century. After the Revolution, it was bought by the nuns of the Congregation of Notre-Dame de Bernay and became a boarding school for young girls. The building is surmounted by a bell tower that overlooks the Claude Debussy hall, a former brick chapel built in 1824, where various cultural events are held today. This communal room also hosts the Catholic Relief Services.
