ORMEAU PARK
Ormeau Park is the oldest municipal park in Belfast. It was opened to the public in 1871. It offers walkers a pretty escapade into the greenery that can be extended to the Botanic Gardens, just next door. It is the ideal park for sports enthusiasts who can enjoy a pleasant jog or enjoy the many facilities at their disposal: tennis courts, basketball court, rugby court... At the end of the park, which also overlooks the Lagan River, you can see Harland & Wolff's famous yellow cranes in the harbour and the mountains in the distance.
