It is without doubt the most famous pub in Belfast and undoubtedly the most visited. The history of its name is not insignificant. When the pub opened, the lady chose the name Crown. Mr., who had no choice, decided to place a mosaic representing this "crown" on the floor at the entrance. In this way, each consumer passing the door step could tread on the crown of England... The place is to be seen at least for its baroque facade and its interior: wooden sculptures, mosaics and stained glass windows...

Le lieu vaut le déplacement, au moins pour voir la disposition des lieux, le grand comptoir et les petits boxes dans lesquels on partage un verre en faisant connaissance avec ses voisins improvisés. Beaucoup de monde par contre, et difficile de trouver une place malheureusement

C'est devenu un haut lieu touristique incontournable, et c'est justifié, mais n'y cherchez pas l'âme de Belfast, il n'y a que des touristes

With its baroque style, both on its front and inside, Crown Bar Liquor Saloon is a veritable institution in Belfast. It absolutely worth seeing, photographed and visited. The interior is tremendous, as much as outside. What does not spoil anything, cuisine demerit not. You can taste Irish specialities, using Guinness in particular, the welcome is quite warm considering the crowded and resort with a pleasant feel. With not missing!
