TRAVELODGE BELFAST CENTRAL

Hotel €€
4/5
1 review

With an excellent location just a stone's throw from City Hall, this simple and well-equipped Travelodge is an interesting option in Belfast. The hotel overlooks a quiet square, just behind the famous Crown Liquor Bar. The 90 rooms are spacious and quite pleasant. The first floor café serves breakfast in the morning and turns into an informal bar where you can have a drink in the evening. A word of advice, book in advance for even better rates.

TEN SQUARE HOTEL

Hotel €€€

A 180-year-old post office relay, this beautiful building was converted into a hotel in 2001. The building is classified as a historical monument and the subtle charm of the architectural details is palpable in the rooms: volumes, taps, windows... The zen and refined atmosphere is very pleasant and blends perfectly with the intimate atmosphere. Personalities such as Bono, Moby, Duran Duran, or Shirley Mclaine are not mistaken, nor are the actors filming on Belfast who stay there. Each room is different and offers a beautiful view.

THE FITZWILLIAM HOTEL

Hotel €€€

The facade of the Fitzwilliam Hotel fits perfectly into the City of Belfast, just a stone's throw from the Grand Opera House. And in this establishment, the standard does not fail in any respect. The rooms are spacious and surprisingly well designed, with large windows that give the feeling of being nestled in the city. The materials are noble and the tones are acidic. Note: 90% of the materials used are of Irish origin. Of course, in the restaurant too, fresh and local products are used at leisure to create a well-made menu.

This hotel is a must see in Belfast. The Florentine inspired building was designed in the 19th century to house the headquarters of the Ulster Bank. Since its transformation into a luxury establishment, fully furnished with antiques and decorated with paintings and objects that make it a real art gallery, the place is absolutely worth a visit, if only to have a drink in the Victorian bar. The rooms are very comfortable and decorated with great care: antique paintings, marble bathrooms, sumptuous furnishings...
