Historic distillery near St. Patrick's Cathedral, offering guided tours and tastings.

This distillery, which opened in 1872, is still in operation in the Liberties district, 5 minutes from St. Patrick's Cathedral. It offers 20 minute guided tours and tastings. The tour starts with an interesting exhibition about the distillery and a short introduction film. Then you enter the production site where the guide explains that Teeling ages its whiskeys in different types of casks for a minimum of 6 years. Finally, the tasting takes place on the first floor of the distillery.

Pour les passionnés de whisky
Musée intéressant mais visite guidée qu’en anglais et pas d’audioguide. Idem pour la dégustation. Heureusement une employée française a eu pitié de nous et on a pu avoir les explications de la dégustation en français.

un tarif abordable pour une jolie visite, bien détaillée , sur l'histoire de la distillerie puis sur la méthode de fabrication.
on voit les différentes étapes , rien n'est inaccessible, les photos sont autorisées.
Dégustation prévue dans le prix (3 options possibles), dans un cadre génial.
Bar à l'entrée pour patienter ou grignoter un morceau avant ou après, et jolie boutique.
Très bon accueil.
Attention : pas d'audio guide a priori donc il vaut mieux bien comprendre l'anglais.
