Leo Burdocks is THE reference in Dublin for fish and chips: they've been here since 1913. The waiters and cooks are dressed in black and white, like Parisian waiters. Portions are very, very large and takeaway only. If you're normally hungry, just ask for the fish, which will probably be served with a few French fries. At the entrance, the list of celebrities who have indulged is impressive, from Naomi Campbell to Bruce Springsteen to Edith Piaf.

Honestly, the best chips I had in Ireland so far and don’t think this could get any better! The staff were so nice and friendly. Lovely authentic chippers…will be coming regularly if craving for chips!

Porcje są olbrzymie, zdecydowanie wystarczyłaby nam jedna na dwie osoby. Niestety w tej lokalizacji jedzenie wyłącznie na wynos, nie ma stolika czy łazienki aby umyć ręce. Ryba dobra, frytki mało słone, nie wiem czy miejsce jest aż tak ikoniczne, jak piszą o nim w internecie.

Massive portion of chips and big portion of fish. Taste was good and it’s great for a quick grab and go chippy. Not the greatest chippy you can find, but worth it.
