To traditional recipes, the tricolored chef adds a hint of modernity and inventiveness. A true institution.

Located in the grounds of the Merrion Hotel, this is one of Dublin's most famous French restaurants. The reputation of its 2-Michelin-starred chef is well established, and the elegant, refined restaurant is popular with a clientele of lucky regulars and well-heeled tourists. To traditional recipes, the tricolored chef adds a hint of modernity and inventiveness. The result: the dishes are admirable, superbly prepared and a delight to savor. Finesse, elegance and flavor guaranteed. Expensive but excellent.

Going to any Michelin restaurant is an experience It's a peak behind the curtain to the magic, madness, and circus that it takes to achieve this goal. No madness here just a well oiled machine powered by great employees. If you plan on coming to Dublin plan on booking a dinner here you won't regret it and you'll always remember it.

Best dining experience

Service here is second to none. Some of the most amazing front of house and wait team I have ever encountered. Good food, cooked well although - a little out dated for Dublin. Atmosphere can be good, but often empty tables can leave the ambience lacking. A very reliable dinner/ lunch in Dublin. Would I go often, no, you can get same, yet more exciting Michelin star quality food in Dublin.
