Let's start with a little history! On the north bank of the Liffey, Dublin Woollen Mills is an iconic Dublin building which, from 1888 to 2012, housed a famous garment factory. Bringing this vast historic building back to life was a real challenge, successfully met by a restaurant that has seen things through: four floors and a rooftop terrace overlooking the Liffey and the Ha'penny Bridge. This gastro-pub, which defines itself as a convivial eating house that prepares everything on the premises, is a real find.

Perfect full Irish! The vegan beet and apple burger was really special too. Lovely coffee. Great service and brilliant views of the famous Ha'penny Bridge - we sat outdoors and the overhead heaters did a good job. Overall not very cheap but to be expected for a big city.

Food was amazing ! Had the best steak I had for a long while ! Only downfall was that I had to ask twice to pay and waited for some time when we was on tight schedule ????

Food was great, specially the nachos. But the service could improve, they took so long to come to the table, sometimes it felt like they didn't want to serve us at all - even to ask and get our bill.
