After your visit to the Thielska Galleriet exhibition, be sure to stop off at Monika's house. She is famous in Sweden for having written numerous cookery books, and is even nicknamed the Queen of Cakes! Her café is a veritable oasis for gourmands. The cakes she prepares are incomparably generous, with butter, a touch of cream and, of course, a few trade secrets! Her shrimp sandwiches are also very good! The omnipresence of the surrounding nature adds a lot of charm to the place.
